La Linkat és la distribució educativa de GNU/Linux que ha iniciat i ofereix el Departament d'Educació a la comunitat educativa. Es tracta d'un projecte de programari lliure que permet als centres educatius, però també a tota la societat, tenir accés de forma legal, gratuïta i amb suport tècnic professional, a un conjunt molt ampli d'aplicacions: educatives, d'ofimàtica, d'Internet, multimèdia...

Banshee sempre en espera  Final

    Després d'instal·lar linkat3 Banshee va funcionar sense problemes.
    Sobtadament no s'activa la repeducció (ni CD, ni ràdio...), el programa indica sempre "en espera", la icona de reproducció no respon i davant de moltes ordres el programa es tanca sobtadament (doble clic sobre una emissora, edita|preferències, visualitza|equalitzador...).
    No sé si hi pot tenir cap relació, però entremig he instal·lat RealPlayer.

    Hola,

    Temps endarrere Banshee i RealPlayer compartien part del seu codi font el HelixPlayer, avui tenen camins diferents però pot ser que l'instal·lació del RealPlayer encara faci canvis no desitjables. Una primera solució pot ser reinstal.lar el Banshee i veure si així torna funcionar correctament.

    Per això ves a Sistema -> Sistema -> Instal.la el programari. Selecciona el botó "Instal·lats" i fes una cerca per "banshee" selecciona tots el paquets resultants, a sota tindràs el botó "reinstal.la", un cop reinstal.lat el programari mira si funciona correctament.

    La reinstal·lació falla: banshee segueix sempre en espera (per cert, en el moment d'instal·lar RealPlayer se'm va normalitzar el volum, fins aleshores molt fluixet).
    Com puc adjuntar-vos les captures de pantalla per veure on falla?

    Les captures de pantalla pots pujar-les a serveis como Imageshack, quan pugis l'imatge et donarà una direcció que pots enganxar en aquest fòrum.

    Obre una terminal (Aplicacions -> Sistema -> Terminal -> Terminal de GNOME) i posa aquesta ordre

    banshee-1 --debug

    Un cop arrencada l'aplicació prova a reproduir l'error, un cop ho facis enganxa aquí tota la informació que l'aplicació dona des de que has utilitzat la comanda.

    A veure si podem veure on s'hi troba el problema.

    Potser es una mica radical però jo esborraria els arxius de configuració del Banshee per aquell usuari. M'explico.
    A dins de /home/(usuari)/.config/ hi deu haver una carpeta anomenada "banshee-1". Tanca el programa, canvia el nom de la carpeta i prova de tornar a obrir el programa. Si tot va be el problema deu ser en els arxius de configuració. Tindràs que tornar a configurar totes les personalitzacions que haguessis fet.
    Amb això no esborrem els arxius de configuració sinó que obliguem que el programa, al no trobar el que espera, els crea de nou.

    He mirat tots aquests paquets i alguns semblen ser-hi i d'altres no.
    En algun cas em dóna la opció de reinstal·lar un paquet amb la mateixa extensió i d'altres amb extensió diferent.
    A voltes està disponible un paquet amb una etiqueta que indica linkat-3 o linkat-3update.
    Dels paquets indicats m'han donat problemes els següents:
    * banshee-1-backend-engine-gstreamer-1.4.3-1.2.1 al reinstal·lar "Subprocess failed. Error: RPM failed: error: unpacking of archive failed: cpio: Bad magic" (ho he ignorat)

    * gstreamer-0_10-plugins-base-0.10.21-2.21.2
    Indica una versió anterior, i diu:
    Hi ha alguns conflictes en la transacció que cal resoldre manualment.
    Dóna tres opcions que no se'm deixen triar i que consisteixen en:
    - un seguit de desinstal·lacions, instal·lacions i, sembla, alguna baixada i canvi de categories
    - no instal·lar
    - ignorar certes dependències
    (he optat per la primera, però de tota manera ha donat ?Subprocess failed. Error: RPM failed: error: unpacking of archive failed: cpio: Bad magic
    ? dues vegades

    *
    gstreamer-0_10-0.10.21-3.11
    igual que l'anterior; aquí he optat per ignorar les dependències i no m'ha donat cap error.

    * gstreamer-0_10-plugins-good-0.10.10-3.22.1 A Versió anterior, dóna un llistat amb moltes extensions idèntiques, però cap error al reinstal·lar.

    BANSHEE SEGEUIX SEMPRE EN ESPERA

    (Recordeu que els problemes han sorgit al instal·lar RealPlayer.

    Si ignores les dependències és difícil que et funcioni correctament el sistema.

    Intenta instal·lar els gstreamers mitjançant el YMP del còdecs que hi ha a la Wiki:

    No ignoris les dependències i selecciona el "vendor change", mira la imatge que surt a la wiki per guiar-te:

    OK! No em demaneu com ha anat, però el final funciona (un cop instal·lats els còdecs (!?) recomanats i després d'alguns intens fallits). Que duri!
