I would like to know where I can find programming library packages, like libqt4-devel, or the X11 driver headers. Do I need to use the opensuse repositories, or are there some Linkat repositories ?

you can find it in the OpenSuse repositories. We are developing the Linkat 3 repositories and you can't find this packages yet.
